Ethos has been successfully appointed to Lot 2 – Transportation and Traffic Engineering and Technical Related Consultancy Services of the Scotland Excel Engineering and Technical Consultancy Framework.
The national framework provides Scotland's councils and other participating public sector organisations with access to specialist engineering and technical consultancy expertise. Running from 2026 to 2030, the framework is expected to support significant investment in infrastructure and transport services across Scotland.
Our appointment to Lot 2 enables Ethos to provide expertise across a wide range of transportation disciplines, including transport planning, traffic management, road safety, parking, active travel and sustainable transport.
Securing a place on the framework represents an important milestone for Ethos and strengthens our growing presence in Scotland, building on the transport, road safety and active travel commissions we are already delivering for Scottish local authorities.
