Ethos has secured appointments across three specialist Lots on Hampshire County Council’s new Gen5 Consult Framework, further strengthening our position as a trusted provider of specialist transport consultancy services to the public sector.

Our appointments cover areas at the heart of the Ethos service offering, including active travel, transport planning, road safety, traffic management and parking consultancy.

The Gen5 Consult Framework provides Hampshire County Council and other eligible public sector organisations with access to specialist professional services across transport, civil engineering, infrastructure and economic growth. Running from 2026 to 2030, it provides opportunities for commissions to be awarded through both mini- competition and direct award mechanisms.

Securing three appointments is a significant achievement for Ethos and recognises the breadth and depth of expertise within our team. It also builds upon our extensive experience of working with local authorities across southern England on transport strategies, active travel programmes, road safety studies and parking commissions.

We look forward to working with Hampshire County Council and other public sector partners through the framework over the coming years, providing the responsive, practical and specialist support for which Ethos has become known.
